Before Aja and Grady exchanged vows in beautiful Palm Beach, they invited their guests to kick off the celebration with an evening high above Downtown West Palm Beach at Treehouse, the rooftop restaurant at Canopy by Hilton.
Knowing how much the couple loves spending time near the water, Palm Beach was the perfect destination to begin this new chapter. Their welcome party set the tone for the entire weekend—relaxed, sophisticated, and thoughtfully designed to bring loved ones together before the wedding day.
THE SETTING
Perched above the city with sweeping rooftop views, Treehouse provided a beautiful backdrop for the evening’s festivities. Floating florals transformed the pool into a striking focal point while guests enjoyed an atmosphere that felt both elegant and inviting.
Every design element was intentionally curated to reflect Aja and Grady’s vision while encouraging guests to relax, reconnect, and celebrate together.
THE WELCOME EXPERIENCE
One of my favorite parts of a destination wedding weekend is watching family and friends reconnect before the wedding festivities begin. The welcome party creates space for meaningful conversations, joyful reunions, and the excitement of everything still to come.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed light bites, signature cocktails, a curated cigar experience, and music that kept the celebration going well into the night. Together, these thoughtful touches created an unforgettable experience that perfectly reflected the couple’s warm hospitality.
