Hello Friends! Please don’t throw out your overripe bananas! Use them to make this delicious homemade banana bread! It’s made with ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen. Banana bread can be served at any time of day and your family and friends are sure to love it!

Here’s the easy recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Slat
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1:
- Preheat oven to 355 degrees. Grease a bread loaf pan.
Step 2:
- Mash 3 ripe bananas in a bowl.
Step 3:
- Add melted butter, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour to the bowl. Mix well.
Step 4:
- Add mixture to bread loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes (until the banana bread passes the toothpick test).
Step 5:
- Cool on baking rack. Enjoy!
This banana bread can be enjoyed with morning coffee or as an afternoon snack! Homemade banana bread can last 2-4 days at room temperature, 5-7 days in the fridge, and up to 3-4 months in the freezer.
