Social media is such a powerful tool in our personal and professional lives! Arena and I sparked a conversation on Instagram shortly after her engagement to Bacardi! What started as “Congratulations on your engagement!” quickly blossomed into an exciting journey of wedding planning and design!
It was such a pleasure to assist Arena and Bacardi with planning their 8.18.18 wedding celebration! This was such a popular date on the calendar! I am so thankful we were able to pull an amazing team of wedding industry pros together to orchestrate a romantic evening overlooking the Dallas skyline! We chose a mixed-metal color palette with bold details and lots of candlelight throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at W Dallas Hotel! As guests were waiting for the start of the ceremony, they were serenaded by acclaimed violinist, Richmond Punch! The ballroom ceremony took place in front of a gorgeous silver-beaded backdrop with metallic accents and gold chairs that complemented the ceiling detail! From there, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the foyer as groups were escorted, via elevator, to Altitude on the 33rd floor for dinner and dancing! The elevator doors opened to a sexy, yet sophisticated, reception that included lush red roses, gold accents, and a sweetheart lounge with abstract floral art! Here’s a peek courtesy of D. Thanks so much to all of the wedding pros who made Arena & Bacardi’s wedding celebration a success: W Dallas Hotel, D. Lacy Photography, Inspired Effects, Prashe Decor, Richmond Punch, Makeup by Jamie Dionne, Frosted Art Bakery, and The Bee’s Knees Custom Design!
Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Hudson, their son (Bacardi Jr.), and happily ever after!
XO
