I’d like to share a quick wedding grammar tip with newly engaged couples. While working in this industry, I’ve noticed that a few people incorrectly label their significant others. Some tend to think that the terms fiancée and fiancé are interchangeable. Actually, they’re not. Fiancée refers to the engaged female, or the bride-to-be. Fiancé refers to the engaged male, or the hubby-to-be.
A man will marry his fianceé. A woman will marry her fiancé. For all of my fellow visual learners, here’s a picture of Jovan and I during our engagement session with Abby Rose Photo:
I hope you have an awesome weekend with your special someone!
XOXO
