8 and 24 were my absolute favorite numbers growing up! It was only right that I married a wonderful man whose birthday just so happens to be August 24th (8-24)! I’m so grateful that I was able to celebrate another year with my handsome hubby, Jovan Pierre!
Yesterday we had an intimate dinner party that included a few of Jovan’s favorite things: Bourbon, Beer, & BBQ! Here’s a peek at Jovan’s welcome sign courtesy of Pixel Candy Paperie:
To make Jovan’s birthday dinner extra special, I enlisted the help of my sweet friend, Shannon, who owns La Petite Picnic ATL! She created a beautiful indoor picnic in our family room! The color palette, details, and design were so pretty and so perfect! Here’s a peek:
When guests arrived, they were greeted by a yummy ’42’ charcuterie spread using paper mâché numbers! (I was excited to finally bring this Pinterest idea to life!) Here’s a peek:
Guests also enjoyed a peach tea and bourbon cocktail with BBQ catered by Four 41 South! Everyone agreed that the food was absolutely delicious! At the end of the evening, guests took home Sugarfina Bourbon Bears and Bulleit Bourbon!
Happiest of birthdays to my amazing hubby! Jovan, cheers to your best year yet! I will celebrate you all the days of my life!
