Creativity motivates me and true love molds me. I feel honored to know that total strangers trust me to plan and design some of the biggest days of their lives. What started out as planning events for close friends and family while attending Michigan State University has turned into a dream career. After networking and interning in the event industry for several years, I had confirmation that event planning was something I could see myself doing day in and day out. Thus, Ebony Peoples Events & Design was born. I LOVE all things weddings and events... from that refined tres ceiling at an awesome venue to the perfectly adorned cake topper on a gourmet perfection. I love meeting new people. Having initial consultations over a yummy cup of carmel macchiato has turned into some lifelong friendships. I adore the classical elegance of a a traditional wedding at a historical church but yet thrive on the sensation of planning a chic reception at a modern gallery. Owning my own business and truly loving what I do is definitely a blessing. My faith and the continuous support from my loving husband, Jovan, and our dog, Papi, inspires me to live life to the fullest and continue creating one of a kind events for years to come.
